新版3.1在此網站，解壓縮，執行createTemplates會產生兩個ZIP檔，將CordovaWP8_3_1_0複製到C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Visual Studio 2012\Templates\ProjectTemplates，新增專案就可以看到phonegap專案已經出現。
