Android模擬器無法啟動

之前從來沒有發生過，不過今天新增一個4.0平版模擬器，出現

Failed to allocate memory: 8
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

經查RAM預設為1024，就會無法啟動，更改為512MB就可以啟動。
